Everytime i enter a hotel room the first thing I do is go and clean the A/C filters. They are always very dirty. This is the first hotel that had very clean air filters and the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to maintenance for the attention to detail and people with allergies.

Location was excellent for our particular needs. Breakfasts were very good. Different every morning. The bed as very comfy. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The room was super nice. Plenty of room and clean. Staff was amazing and kind. The breakfast was also very good and even had grab bags if you couldn't sit and enjoy a hot meal. Wish we had another night to stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and all facilities very clean. The breakfast was a nice surprise. I would stay here again and again when I am traveling to Lees Summit. Area is good, location to gas, food, highway and Starbucks is excellent.

3 days = 3 varieties of breakfasts. Pet friendly. Location was near a hospital, highway and businesses. But felt quiet and peaceful.

Indoor swimming pool with a separate hot tub. Open until 11 pm at night. Breakfast included. Modern, clean decor.

The desk clerk was great, she was very welcoming and attentive. In fact, our last night, July 4, we had a bathroom problem and she came right up and fixed the issue. I would return based on her.
